Sauvé THAT Council receive Report PW-2026-11 regarding the acquisition of an Asphalt Hot Box Unit. AND THAT Council authorize the Director of Public Works to proceed with the procurement of an Asphalt Hot Box Unit through a Rent-to-Own Agreement, in accordance with the Township's Procurement Policy and approved budget. AND THAT the Mayor and CAO be authorized to execute any agreements necessary to complete the acquisition.

WHEREAS funds were raised through the Township of East Hawkesbury’s Golf Tournament for the benefit and improvement of Ste-Anne Park ; AND WHEREAS no specific project has been identified or approved for the use of these funds in 2025 ; AND WHEREAS Council wishes to ensure that the funds raised remain dedicated to future projects, improvements, or enhancements at Ste-Anne Park; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Township of East Hawkesbury hereby approves that the funds raised through the Golf Tournament , be transferred to a reserve 1-3-3000-00-0045 designated for Ste-Anne Park ; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the funds remain in reserve until Council identifies and approves a specific project or improvement for Ste-Anne Park; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the funds shall be used exclusively for projects, improvements, or enhancements benefiting Ste-Anne Park, unless otherwise authorized by Council.
