Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-071-2025,Ferme Benoit Lachaine , affecting Part of Lot 21, Broken front, land expansion, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $250.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $500.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. That payment of the balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, shall be paid to the Municipality.
