WHEREAS , Township of East Hawkesbury previously entered into a contract with Leroux Consultant on January 23 2018 under by-law 2018-06 for the provision of Drainage Superintendent; WHEREAS , the said contract with amendments is due to expire on December 31 2025; WHEREAS , after evaluation and review, the Council of The Township of East Hawkesbury has determined that the performance of Eric Leroux has been satisfactory and that it is in the best interest of the Township to renew the contract as amended in his service renewal letter; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , that the Council of The Township of East Hawkesbury hereby approves the renewal of the contract with Leroux Consultant effective January 1st 2026 to December 31 2027;
