Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the recommendation from Bryce Luker Fire Chief to appoint; FF Shane Kirby to Acting Lieutenant FF Eric Boileau to Acting Lieutenant

WHEREAS the tender review period is complete and tender has been granted to Les Entreprises HDJS Gascon Ltd. AND WHEREAS water sewage construction will be starting shortly. THEREFORE Council of the corporation of the Township of East Hawkesbury accept Lascelles Engineering and Associates Ltd. as Project Manager.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the recommendation from Chief Administrative Officer to appoint Gilles Lanthier as full-time permanent Truck Driver/Operator Labourer.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the recommendation from the Chief administrative officer to appoint Robert Richard as full-time permanent truck Driver/ operator/ labourer for the road Department.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2022-42 being a by-law to amend SCHEDULE "B" TO BY-LAW NO. 2018-82 SALARIES for seasonal Labourer be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the recommendation from the Chief Administrative Officer to appoint Luke Goosen as Summer student in the Road Department
