Be it resolved that the application as submitted be granted as the Committee feels that there is no negative impact resulting from the application although the applicant must contact SNC' s Septic Department for a septic system renovation review to ensure the separation distances from the septic system to the proposed garage are respected. Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the recommendation from Bryce Luker to promote FF-Nicholas Lalonde to Acting Lieutenant.

Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-041-2021, Starhill Farms LTD, affecting Part of Lot 27-29, Concession 4,creation of a new lot, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $150.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $300.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. That payment of the balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, shall be paid to the Municipality. That the applicant instructs his surveyor to determine the width and location of Stardale Road allowance and, if determined not to have the minimum width from the centre line, the applicant shall deed to the Township, without cost and free of encumbrances, the road widening from the centre line along the parcel being severed. That the applicant shall, at his cost, amend the assessment schedule of the Stardale Municipal Drain , to reflect the creation of the new lot.

Sauvé LAND DIVISION Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-044-2021, affecting 625 county Road 10, creation of a new lot, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $150.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $300.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. FOR THE DISPOSAL OF NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE, be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2021-49 being a by-law to Amend By-law 2021-22, be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that the accounts paid for the accounts payable be approved as follows: for the May 1, 2020 to May 31. 2021 $242,844.35.
