Be it Resolved that Report Number R2025-02 regarding Dust control contract extension 2025 is hereby received. Be it Further Resolved that Council approves to extend contract for another years.

Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-017-2025, 3635 Stradale Road West, affecting Part of Lot 36, Concession 3, surplus lot, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $250.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $500.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. That payment of the balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, shall be paid to the Municipality. That the applicant instructs his surveyor to determine the width and location of Stardale Road allowance and, if determined not to have the minimum width from the centre line, the applicant shall deed to the Township, without cost and free of encumbrances, the road widening from the centre line along the parcel being severed. That the applicant update of the schedule of assessment of the engineer's report that would reflect the requested changes on Municipal Drain.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-40 being a by-law to do maintenance and repair on the Fernand Lalonde Municipal Drain be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that council approves and accepts to donate a 300$ bursary for the Graduating class of VCI 2025 under the following conditions; A student from East Hawkesbury who was able to stand out, show improvement during their last year of high school.

Be it resolved that the present meeting be adjourned for a closed session for the following purpose(s): (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board;

Be it resolved that By-Law No. 2025-39 being a By-law to confirm Council proceedings at its regular meeting of April 14, 2025 be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.
