Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council authorize the CAO to submit a joint application with UCPR for funding under the Municipal Housing Infrastructure Program – Health and Safety Water Stream

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to enter into an Agreement with GrantMatch Corp to develop and manage a proactive Government Funding application process.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-41 being a by-law to amend zoning by law 2021-22 be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-43 being a by-law to authorize the voting by internet for the year 2026 municipal election be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-44 being a by-law to authorize the acquisition, assumption and dedication of certain lands as part of the system of public highways under the jurisdiction of The Corporation of the Township of East Hawkesbury, be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Sauvé Be it resolved that the accounts paid for the accounts payable be approved as follows: For the April 1, 2025 to April 30. 2025 $275,003.61.

Sauvé Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to add the fallowing Township of East Hawkesbury property as a surplus land. 840 County Rd 10 Part 1 Plan 46R-8320 Lot 8 Con 5 P.I.N. 54190-0346 850 County Rd 10 Part 2 Plan 46R-8320of Lot 8 Con 5 P.I.N. 54190-0346 860 County Rd 10 Part 3 Plan 46R-8320 Lot 8 Con 5 P.I.N. 54190-0346 It is also resolved that Council authorize the CAO to proceed with the sale of the property in accordance with the Municipality's policy and to allocate the profit against the debt of the land acquired from Gérald and Aline Lauzon at 795 County Rd 14.
