Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to install the heating close the building and wait for other grants to become available.

Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-040-2023, Robert Kirby, affecting Part of Lot20 , Concession 1, creation of a new lot, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $200.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $450.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. That payment of the balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, shall be paid to the Municipality. That the applicant instructs his surveyor to determine the width and location of Gourley Road allowance and, if determined not to have the minimum width from the centre line, the applicant shall deed to the Township, without cost and free of encumbrances, the road widening from the centre line along the parcel being severed. That the applicant shall, at his cost, amend the assessment schedule of the Municipal Drains, to reflect addition to the lot.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to pay 652.00 for the rental of the Chute a Blondeau commuity centre for the second annuel symposium LFPR.
