Sauvé Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts that the Club de VTT de l'est Ontario Inc (CVTTEO) establish recognized ATV routes in the Municipality of East Hawkesbury to improve the existing trail network. Subject to obtaining the necessary approvals, appropriate signage will be installed along these routes.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2024-34 being a by-law to establish certain provisions with respect to the installation of fence and maintenance of fence be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Sauvé Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2024-35 being a by-law to amend procedural By-Law 2022-52 order of proceedings be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2024-38 being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 2023-57 Schedule “A” to Fees and Charges to add Road Side Work fees be read a first,second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2024-36 being a by-law to amend Zoning By-Law By-Law No. 2021-22 (Bergeron) be read a first,second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Sauvé Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2024-39 being a by-law to ENTERING INTO A MUNICIPAL FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE ASSOCIATION OF MUNICIPALITES OF ONTARIO ( “AMO”) FOR THE TRANSFER OF (“CCBF”) FUNDS be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that the accounts paid for the accounts payable be approved as follows: For the May1, 2024 to May 31. 2024 $223,994.48.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to support the Township of Georgian Bay for Sustainable Infrastructure Funding for small Rural Municipalities.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to support the utilization of communal decentralized water and wastewater solutions.

Sauvé THAT the Council of the Township of East Hawkesbury supports resolution number C-2024-165 from the Township of Georgian Bay dated May 13, 2024 regarding the implementation of sustainable infrastructure funding for small rural municipalities and actions to address the impending debt dilemma facing small rural municipalities; AND THAT a copy of this resolution be sent to the Honourable Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, The Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities of Canada; Michel Tremblay Acting President and CEO, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation; The Honourable Doug Ford, Premier of Ontario; The Honourable Kinga Surma, Ontario Minister of Infrastructure; The Honourable Paul Calandra, Ontario Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

Be it resolved that the Council approves and accepts to make a donation of $300 to the Unité pastorale Soleil levant which will celebrate at the Centre Communautaire de Chute a Blondeau the 10th priestly anniversary of our Curé Mgr. Léo Villeneuve.

WHEREAS Clerk, Hemi Villeneuve cannot be present at the Regular meeting of August 12th. THEREFORE be it resolved that the regular meeting of August be moved to August 6th.

Be it resolved that the present meeting be adjourned for a closed session for the following purpose(s): (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; (d) labour relations or employee negotiations; 7h10
