Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the recommendation from Luc Lalonde to appoint Robert Richard as Seasonal Laborer for the 2022 winter season.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2022-01 being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 2020-48 Schedule “A” to modify Marriage license fees and add new garbage fees , be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2022-02 being a by-law to authorize temporary borrowing for the current expenditures of the corporation for the year 2022, be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

WHEREAS Rogers is constantly improving and expanding its infrastructure to meet the ever-growing demand for high-quality reliable wireless voice and data services. The proposed site is needed to improve our wireless voice and data services within the growing community . WHEREAS The Township of East Hawkesbury has developed a protocol relevant for establishing telecommunication facilities in the Township and Rogers followed the Township’s Protocol as it pertains to the public notification and consultation required for communication towers. WHEREAS Rogers has now fulfilled all circulation requirements under the Township’s Protocol as they pertain to the proposed new communication site to be located at 5675 County Rd. 14, St. Eugène. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Township of East Hawkesbury permits Rogers to move forward with the installation of the proposed wireless communication site.

Be it resolved that By-Law No. 2022- 03 being a By-law to confirm Council proceedings at its regular meeting of January 24, 2022 be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.
