Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that the accounts paid for the accounts payable be approved as follows: For the August 1, 2024 to August 31. 2024 $141,734.96.

Sauvé Be it Resolved that the Township of East Hawkesbury receives the decision of the Hawkesbury Detachment Council of the Ontario Provincial Police to approve the 2024 and 2025 budget, excluding the remuneration of the members of the Detachment Council; And that the Township of East Hawkesbury approve the cost allocation formula proportional to the number of household, commercial and industrial units in each municipality served by the Hawkesbury Detachment using, for the calculation of the portion payable by the Municipality of the Nation, the boundaries of the former Township of Caledonia, the former Township of South Plantagenet and the former Village of St-Isidore; And that the Township of East Hawkesbury receives the decision of the Hawkesbury Detachment Council of the Ontario Provincial Police to approve the remuneration of its members as follows: Regular and special meetings of the Detachment Council (per meeting): Chairman $400, other members $250; Zone 2 Association meetings (per meeting): Chairman and other members $250; External conferences: president and other members $100 per day (maximum 3 days).

Be it resolved that the present meeting be adjourned for a closed session for the following purpose(s): (a) the security of the property of the municipality or local board;
