Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts de pave the fallowing Roads with the funding from the gas tax fund. Golf Road Concession 3 from Nixon Road to Grande Montée Concession 7 from County Road 25 to East side to connect with last years paving Rue St-Paul Road to get to Parc Samuel Reilley.

Sauvé Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2021-36 being a by-law to Levy and Collect Property Taxes for 2021, be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2021-37 being a by-law to enter into an Agreement with her majesty the queen in right of Ontario as represented by the minister of infrastructure for the purposed Green Stream grant program , be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2021-39 being a by-law to e nter into an Agreement with the Corporation of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell for the County municipal road transfer funds . be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts amendments to Schedule Charles Berniques Branch #1 as per section 65 (2) agreements on shared cost of assessment.

Whereas Ontario passed the Comprehensive Ontario Police Services Act, 2019 (Bill 68) and established the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 (CSPA) which, once in force, will repeal the Police Services Act, 1990 (PSA), and ; Whereas Section 67 of the CSPA requires there be an Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment board, or more than one OPP detachment board , for each detachment of the OPP that provides policing in a municipality, and ; Whereas municipalities receiving direct and/or supplemental services from an OPP detachment are being asked to submit one proposal (per detachment) indicating the composition of their board and, if needed, a rationale for multiple boards and the composition of each additional board, and ; Whereas municipalities for the County of Prescott OPP detachment board includes Alfred-Plantagenet, Champlain, Hawkesbury, East Hawkesbury and part of Nation, and ; Whereas municipalities within a detachment are asked to work together to determine the composition of their board(s) as well as the manner in which they will submit their proposal to the ministry. Be it resolved that Council approves the composition of the Police Services Board for the County of Prescott OPP detachment which would be composed of five (5) members of council, two (2) members appointed by the Province and three (3) community members from municipalities chosen from municipalities not represented by members appointed by the Province.

Be it resolved that Council approve the Community Safety and well-being for the Township of East Hawkesbury as presented.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the recommendation from Luc Lalonde to appoint Kassandra Destephano as a summer student.
