Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the audit plan as presented

Whereas the township of East Hawkesbury has two(2) Mack trucks; a 2015 and a 2016 that are no more use for the Township of East Hawkesbury. Therefore be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to declare the Mack 2015 and the Mack 2016 as surplus.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the policy update 23-01 for External Stand-by.

WHEREAS the Council of the Township of East Hawkesbury may extend the gravel contract with A.L. Blair for an additional two years. AND WHEREAS the new suggested price is still lower than the second lowest 2021 bidder. AND WHEREAS The Road Superintendents recommendation is to extend the contract. THEREFORE Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to extend A.L Blair contract for the next two (2) years.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2023-06 being a by-law to amend2020-48 fees and charges to establish fees for our new Short term rental licensing by-law, be read second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2023-07 being a by-law to provide for interim tax levies for the year 2023, be read second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2023-10 being a by-law to establish, regulate and appoint a committee for the management and control of the Centre D`Action be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to distribute a scholarship of $300. The student must: Be a resident of East Hawkesbury Show improvement or overcome a challenge during their last year of high school And that he or she will continue his or her education.
