Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to extend the agreement with Leroux consultant in regards to Municipal drainage for the years 2023-2024-2025 as per attached offer dated December 6, 2022.

That the present Regular Meeting be reopened

Be it resolved that By-Law No. 2022-58 being a by-law to amend By-Law 2017-43 Appointing Luc Lalonde as CAO be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2022-59 being a by-law to to establish the remuneration of the members of Municipal Council, be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2022-62 being a by-law to authorize the execution of an amendment to the agreement with call2recycle canada inc for the recycling of used consumer type portable batteries be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that the accounts paid for the accounts payable be approved as follows: for the November 1, 2022 to November 30. 2022 $603,763.79.

WHEREAS the completion of the Storm sewer project on Labrosse Street will only be completed in 2023. AND WHEREAS the final cost will only be known then. THEREFORE be it resolved that the council approves and accepts that the Township share of the cost for this project remains unfinanced at the end of the 2022 and that financing be addressed in the 2023 budget.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to donate______ to the Curé labrosse school for the December 23 activity.

Be it resolved that the present meeting be adjourned at 8h05 p.m.
