Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts the recommendation from Bryce Lucker to appoint Joseph Welburn and Josh Jacquot as probationary Firefighter.

LAND DIVISION Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-076-2024, Barry Perkins, affecting Part of Lot 13&14, Concession 3, surplus lot to farm operation, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $250.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $500.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. That payment of the balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, shall be paid to the Municipality.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-01 being a by-law to Temporary Borrowing line of credit be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-03 being a by-law to authorize the imposition of a sewage rate for the operation and maintenance of the communal sanitary sewage system for the village of Chute a Blondeau be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-04 being a by-law to authorize the imposition of an interim tax levy for the year 2025 be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-06 being a by-law to enter into an Agreement with h majesty the queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of the Solicitor General , be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2025-08 being a by-law to adopt the 2025 Budgetary estimates , be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that the accounts paid for the accounts payable be approved as follows: For the december 1, 2024 to december 31. 2024 $1,416,845.02.

Sauvé Whereas the fallowing accounts are now closed Loisir St-Eugene, Ligue de ball and Nevada. Therefore be it resolved that the council of the Corporation of the Township of East Hawkesbury directs Treasurer Luc Lalonde to transfer funds to reserve 1-3-3000-0035.
