Sauvé Be it resolved that the agenda be accepted, including the modifications made forthwith, as applicable.

Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-047-2024, Robert Kirby, affecting Part of Lot 30&31, Concession 1, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $250.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $500.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. That payment of the balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, shall be paid to the Municipality.

Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-050-2024, John Daniel Kirby, affecting Part of Lot 26, Concession 1, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $250.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $500.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. That payment of the balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, shall be paid to the Municipality.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2024-40 being a by-law to Abandoning the municipal drain on the Lalonde branch of the Michel Lalonde River be read second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2024-42 being a by-law to appoint and delete members of the recreation committee be read second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that the accounts paid for the accounts payable be approved as follows: For the June 1, 2024 to June 30. 2024 $1,393,450.73.

Whereas a committee has been formed for the management and control of the new St-Eugene Community Centre. And Whereas a Credit Card is needed for the purchase of alcohol and goods for the community Centre. Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to give a Credit Card for the person responsible of the Bar.

Be it resolved that By-Law No. 2024-43 being a By-law to confirm Council proceedings at its regular meeting of August 6 be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.
