Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to extend Scott Mc Caig Road side mowing contract for two years.

Sauvé Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to donate a 300$ bursary for the Graduating class of 2021 under the following conditions; A student from East Hawkesbury who was able to stand out, show improvement or overcome a challenge during their last year of high school.

Sauvé LAND DIVISION Be it resolved that Council approves the request for land division #B-014-2021, Palmer, affecting Part of Lot 28 and 29, County Rd 10, Creation of a new lot, subject to the following conditions: That administrative fees in the amount of $150.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury; That application review fees in the amount of $300.00 be paid to the Township of East Hawkesbury. That payment of the balance of any outstanding taxes, including penalties and interest, shall be paid to the Municipality. That the applicant shall, at his cost, amend the assessment schedule of the Charles Bernique Municipal Drain , to reflect the creation of the new lot.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2021-12 being a by-law to do maintenance and repair on the Wyman Kirby Municipal Drain pursuant to the provisions of Section 74 of the Drainage Act. be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that by-Law No. 2021-14 being a by-law to do maintenance and repair on the Yves Chaumont Municipal Drain pursuant to the provisions of Section 74 of the Drainage Act. be read a first, second and third time and passed in Open Council.

Be it resolved that the accounts paid for the accounts payable be approved as follows: for the February 1, 2020 to March 3. 2021 $413,321.80.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to appoint Neil Levac as project manager for the approved storm sewer replacement in the village of St-Eugene project under the ICIP Green Infrastructure Funding stream.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts to appointe Lascelles Engineering as engineer for the approved storm sewer replacement in the village of St-Eugene project under the ICIP Green Infrastructure Funding stream.

Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts that the statement of remuneration and expenses paid to members of Council of the Township of East Hawkesbury for the year 2020 be approved as submitted.

WHEREAS the Township of East Hawkesbury deems it appropriate to submit an application to change the status of the County Road 31 (La Grande Montée Road) and a small part of the east side of County Rd 10 to be changed from Major Collector to Minor Collector therefor; IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Council approves and accepts to submit applications for Official Plan Amendment for Both La Grande Montée and County Road 10.
